Gareth Lewis

Gareth was a senior leader within the Toyota Motor Corporation, where he was mentored and coached in Lean Leadership in Japan. With extensive skills in lean leadership, enabling improvement and culture change, he left Toyota and led as a Director in a global consultancy providing training in a variety of industries. In 2005, he founded Project7 Consultancy to provide a unique and bespoke solution product to businesses. With a passion for evolution, the company has grown under his leadership and delivers a high end solution to a variety of Blue Chip companies in a variety of sectors.

James Purse

James has worked across a wide range of industries in both public and private sector environments and has developed significant experience in successfully leading transformational change. James is an expert in the field supporting clients across a range of services, business transformation, strategy development and its deployment, business process redesign, portfolio project management, leadership performance coaching and the instructional design of culture change programmes in large scale production and non-production environments. James has demonstrable success of delivering excellence through working with staff across all levels of business from Senior Executive through to Front Line Personnel guaranteeing a significant return on investment.

Dan Shakespeare

Daniel began his career in Her Majesty's Armed Forces, where he developed his leadership, coaching, and strategic planning skills. Following his years of service and numerous overseas military operations, Daniel left the Army and led a significant and strategic Lean change programme as Head of CI within a Manufacturing organisation. He then transferred to the construction industry, where he operated in a Consultancy capacity delivering innovative Lean & Agile services across the entire infrastructure lifecycle. In 2021, Daniel joined Project7 Consultancy and continues to grow his passion for Lean and designing solutions to deal with our client's challenges of today.
