P7 have been really easy to work with, and have put significant effort into understanding this complex part of the business. They developed a strong working relationship with the key stakeholders in the work stream, which led to the implementation of the VSM being well-received. I’m sure that the business will continue to build on the benefits that are already being realised from the work completed to date.

Before Project7 helped me introduce Visual Performance Management, I couldn’t see my function's performance. I spent a lot of time speaking with team members to find out what the status was and where there were issues. Now I can see quickly how the function is performing, where the issues are, and drive improvements. In the short time we have had VPM, there have already been significant improvements.

Since carrying out the improvement activity, our reduced sample results availability time has been a major benefit to local clinics, GPs and pathology department staff. We’re achieving a higher volume of samples processed in a shorter time period by adjusting the way we work. Now the team have the momentum to keep improving how we work, as the results show the value of incremental improvement. Great work from all involved!

I'd like to take the chance to highlight that Project7's team has been a great benefit to ROP helping to shape IDT reporting and sprint plans covering gaps we have in planning and reporting resource. I hope we can maintain this valuable contribution to ROP through to Handover.

Project7 demonstrated their capability by taking full accountability for the turnaround of a struggling facility, including the daily management of the customer expectations. The approach was professional, tense and assertive, delivering demonstrated performance impacts on the product line and the bottom line. Their ability to move at pace was outstanding.
