Tony has a comprehensive understanding of all Lean tools, techniques and required behaviors to ensure success as used in the Toyota Production System. Tony has a proven record of project management delivering multi million pound projects, the ability to operate at all levels within an organization (green and brown field sites) and across all functions of a business (production and non production environments).
Complete Toyota Production System expert, Specializes in training development delivery and coaching of the lean tools and lean behaviors. Has delivered 3 week and 3 day Lean Learning Academes / boot camps to executives and middle management within manufacturing, service and support areas.
Expertise in all of the Toyota Lean Tools & Toyota Production System ,Performance Visualisation, 5S, Standardised Work, Kaizen, P.P.S., P.D.C.A., Kamishibai & robust Concern & Countermeasure methodologies to develop & improve any process. Value Stream Mapping, Process Conformation, 7 Wastes, Situational Leadership and basic 6 Sigma.
Delivery of 4 face lifts and 2 new model introductions and new facility design for new model introductions both at Toyota and Bentley. Recruitment and training of personnel to ensure successful delivery of new product launch.
