Carrying out performance improvement projects is a crucial element of ensuring the new lean tools and behaviours taught at the NWAA Lean Learning Academy are used to benefit business performance back at the workplace.
To maximise the value of releasing employees to attend the Lean Learning Academy, participating organisations are offered the opportunity to host a Cohort Club Site visit.
This takes place at an appropriate point in the life of performance improvement projects undertaken by the host organisation.
