Project 7 have been selected to support one of the world’s largest and most diverse service providers with their vehicle fleet services management business in the UK. The project will deliver operational performance improvement through the implementation of Performance Management Systems focused on KPI’s and KIA’s at Director and Management levels. The Performance Management System will also support the business with Policy Deployment through the definition and alignment of KPI’s & KIA’s as well as providing a coaching platform to develop leadership behaviours.
