Following successful activity during 2009 within rail, 2010 has continued to see expansion of Project 7 within Europe. August saw yet another European country start to benefit from the Project 7 approach;This time in Germany. A large new train manufacturer is currently benefiting from a small Project 7 team to help in the delivery of new trains to the highest quality and catch back to delivery schedules. Initially the support will be for three months. This now sees Project 7 supporting the rail industry in a number of areas including train reliability , visual controls, leadership, project management, lean training and health & safety.
