Comprehensive Lean background, knowledge and experience in facility, operations and process design and transformation. Myron has vast experience as a professional educator of Lean tools and techniques ranging from introduction to advanced level facility design. He has provided training and education at all levels from the shop floor through to executive management.
Through the culmination of his diverse industrial management and consulting experiences, Myron has developed an expertise from high level end to end Value Stream analysis down to individual process level design. His knowledge and skilled application of proven Lean tools consistently, predictably and repeatedly yield high performing processes, with the highest levels of quality using minimal Working Capital.
