Having trained in Lean Technologies at LG's Production Research Center in Korea for two years, and implemented these Lean Tools on site across the globe, Mark is well suited to introducing, educating and leading transformations in a wide variety of industries.

Process Design Specialist

His knowledge and skilled application of proven Lean tools allowed Mark to create and implement a mathematically modeled aircraft assembly line with a flexible capacity component, which allowed the client to align output with demand and manage the performance of the product platform to exceed industry targets. His experience has taught him to evaluate the opportunities within an environment and apply to correct tools to achieve the optimum results.
