John has a degree in Business Administration and Management also he has French language capabilities.
TECHNICAL CAPABILITIES
Has gained a complete understanding and practical use of Lean tools and techniques during his time with PSA. Specialises in Senior Management Coaching and lean leadership behaviors. He is fully geared to gaining results such as Production Volume Improvement.
John has a vast amount of experience within Senior Production Management. This has included managing High cost budgets, developing and coaching a fully co-operative workforce producing quality products on time. Working with customers and suppliers internally and externally to ensure good communication between all to achieve the demands.
John has the experience of project managing a new vehicle into one of the PSA factories. He worked in a mutli national project with teams from France and Germany. He was responsible for the timing of the launch, the quality of the product and also problem solving and budget control. In pre production he also took responsibility of training all workforce on the new product to ensure a smooth and successful launch.
