OVERVIEW
Working in the Aerospace and public sector Haydn has developed an expertise in Lean transformation, lean Training, Senior management performance coaching, and culture change programs. Haydn has a lean fellowship from Manchester University and has worked for local colleges working as business vocational assessor in the public sector, and SMEs.
TECHNICAL CAPABILITIES
Complete lean tools and techniques knowledge. Haydn specialises in the training of key staff at all levels, coaching of lean principles, visualisation, problem solving, kaizen, value stream mapping, 5S, standardised work, set up reduction, 8D, coaching and lean leadership behaviours.
Haydn is an experienced leadership performance coach supporting lean behaviour & visual management to improve business performance.
Haydn has led a number of instructional design initiatives within the aerospace sector. He brings experience of the management, development of Lean academies, front line manager training programmes. In depth knowledge and experience of Hoshin Kanri policy deployment and implementation within a PMO environment
Haydn has held senior positions managing large teams responsible for achieving production targets and driving continuous improvement in the workplace.
He has experience on major aircraft launch programmes including wing manufacture on the Airbus A380 programme.
Haydn has lived and worked in North America and Canada, holding value stream manager roles within both the executive business jet, and advanced turboprop manufacturing sectors.
