Project 7 is the successful deployment of world-class performance improvement services in leading industries across the Western hemisphere.

The project began in 2005 when senior managers responsible for developing and applying Lean practice in Toyota Motor Corporation and Nissan Motors, created Project 7 to deliver extraordinary results from ordinary people within a sustainable culture of Continual Improvement.

Since then, the project has grown to service many industries , helping numerous organisations including Mercedes Benz, Bombardier Transportation, Airbus, McLarenFormula 1, Fairline Boats plc and many more to evolve into more profitable, efficient businesses.
